Why this site exists

Istanbul is one of the world's largest dental-tourism destinations, and the quality of information online is poor. Much of it is thinly disguised advertising for whichever clinic pays the most. We built this site to be the opposite: a guide that tells UK patients the things a salesperson won't — including when not to travel, and when a different city is the better choice.

We cover Istanbul thoroughly and fairly. We also tell you plainly that, for most UK patients, we recommend Antalya — and specifically Taki Dent — for a calmer recovery and a more consistent specialist-led standard. That honesty is the point.
